Most of the workers dont avail the social security and welfare benefits because of the cost associated with it.  Also, due to the non availability of information about the benefits.  The well documented database of welfare schemes with innovative eligibility engine to link the workers with the schemes and benefits is a necessary.    Also, easily access able help line and jana mitra executives providing doorstep service will be boon to the workers and low wage employees.  

To provide these services, we have envisaged sponsorship model where a fixed amount of money per worker per year is charged to the sponsor and it takes care of all the expenses incurred to provide efficient service to the workers.
